Feed-out device for container

A feed-out device from a vessel for solid material in suspension, in which problems of uneven feed-out and drainage are eliminated by the centre part 11 of a rotary scraper device 10 having been provided with a slit-shaped opening along the wall 2 of the vessel, the width of which opening, from a minimum 31, increases oppositely to the direction of rotation to a maximum 32, where the slit again abruptly decreases to a minimum. The device is principally used in connection with the continuous feed- out of finely divided vegetable fibre material in suspension, such as, for example, in connection with the boiling or bleaching of fibre material.
