Zusammenfassung:The arrangement includes a feed pipe 3 consisting of an essentially U-shaped channel in cross section, whose open side is provided with a belt 20 which can be pulled in and out from the inlet end of the feed pipe, upon movement of which the outlet opening 3 of the feed pipe moves in the lengthwise direction of the feed pipe 31. The feed pipe is essentially horizontally pivoted on a column 1 adjoining the one end portion of the feed pipe and the belt is connected essentially gas-tight to the U- shaped channel.
