| Zusammenfassung: | A process for treating paper pulp is based upon the introduction into the paper pulp of a polyelectrolyte constituted by polyethylene imine modified with acrylamide and acrylic acid, the content of ethylene amino-β-amide links and ethylene amino-β- propionate links in the modified polyethylene imine being 10-50 molecular percent and 10-50 molecular percent respectively, based on the total number of simple polyethylene imine links. Alongside the said polyethylene imine, polyethylene imine is used which has been further modified with guanidine containing 10-50 molecular percent guanidine links, based on the total number of simple polyethylene imine links. |
