Zusammenfassung:	1378993 3-Pyridylmethyl carbamates ROHM & HAAS CO 23 Feb 1973 [15 March 1972 19 April 1972 18 Oct 1972] 8943/73 Heading C2C [Also in Division A5] Novel rodenticidal compounds (I) where X is NO 2 , CN, CF 3 , SR, SOR, SO 2 R or SO 2 NH 2 and R is C 1-6 alkyl, are made by interacting 3-pyridylcarbinol and the corresponding 4-X-substituted phenyl isocyanate. The following compounds are also prepared, 1 - p - tolylsulphonyl - 3 - p - cyanophenyl - urea, propyl - p - nitrophenyl - sulphide and - sulphone: propyl - p - aminophenyl - sulphone, p - sulphamoyl - phenyl carbonyl azide and bis - p - sulphamoyl-phenylurea.
