Zusammenfassung:1331405 Esters BAYER AG 10 April 1972 [10 April 1971 9 Oct 1971 5 Nov 1971[ 16463/72 Heading C2C Compounds of the general formula (R = Ph bearing 1-3 substituents selected from alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, CF 3 , carbalkoxy; R1.3 = H, alkyl; R2 = acyclic or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated, hydrocarbon group optionally interrupted by 1 or 2 oxygen atoms and/or substituted by OH; R4 is different from R2 and is a hydrocarbon group which is unsaturated and/or interrupted by 1 or 2 oxygen atoms, and may be substituted by OH) are prepared by reacting (a) a compound of the formula with a compound of the formula or with R3COCH 2 COOR4 and ammonia, or (b) a compound of the formula with a compound of the formula or with R1COCH 2 COOR2 and ammonia. These compounds are coronary and antihypertensive agents, and may be administered in the form of pharmaceutical preparations containing them in association with a carrier.
