Zusammenfassung:	A device (1) for testing of an electrical energy storage module (3) comprising a plurality of electrical energy storage cells (5,7), the device comprising: a thermal runway initialization cell (7) comprising a first electrode (9) and a second electrode (11) separated by a heat sensitive separator (13); a casing (15) housing the first electrode (9), the second electrode (11), and the heat sensitive separator (13), the casing (15) having an inner surface (17) and an outer surface (19); a coil (21) arranged on the outer surface (19) of the casing (15), the coil (21) being configured to produce a magnetic field subject to an electric current running through the coil; a metallic element (25) arranged on the opposite side of the wall (27) at the location of the coil, wherein the metallic element is configured to heat when being exposed to the magnetic field produced by the coil (21).
