A burner apparatus for a gas appliance, a gas appliance and a manufacturing method

The present disclosure relates to a burner apparatus for a gas appliance and a method of manufacturing the burner apparatus. Further, it relate to a gas appliance comprising the burner apparatus. The burner apparatus comprises a burner head comprising a gas outlet for provisioning a flame of a flammable gas when ignited. The burner apparatus further comprises a gas conduit arranged to be connectable to and extend between a gas supply and the burner head, and configured for provisioning the flammable gas from the gas supply to the burner head. The burner apparatus further comprises a pilot burner unit configured at least for providing a pilot flame for igniting the flammable gas. Further, the burner apparatus comprises an elongated perforated gas passage having one or more perforations extending along at least a part of a length of at least one portion of the elongated perforated gas passage. The elongated gas passage is arranged to be connectable to and extend between the pilot burner unit and the burner head such that the pilot burner unit is arranged at a distal end portion of the elongated perforated gas passage with respect to the burner head.
