Device for Laying Main Pipes

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بجهاز مد أنابيب pipe laying device (T) متصل بذراع رافعة jib (F) لآلة نقل transport machine والذي يحمل الأنبوب المطلوب مده (T) لتركيبه بإحكام في أنبوب ممدود laid pipe (To). تشتمل رأس القارنة coupling head هذه (1) على وصلة دوارة swiveling link (11) رأسية المحور vertical axis (YY) ووصلة إمالة tilting link (12) أفقية المحور horizontal axis (ZZ). إنها تشتمل على سكة توجيه guide rail (2) مع كرسي تحميل bearing (21) للوضع والاتصال بطرف الأنبوب الممدود laid pipe (To) ومحاذاة الأنبوب المطلوب مده (T) مع الأنبوب الممدود laid pipe (To)، وناقل carrier (3) يشكل أنبوب متداخل الأجزاء telescopic tube (30) يتم تركيبه بإحكام بسكة التوجيه guide rail (2) ويعمل بالنسبة إليها؛ يحمل الناقل carrier (3) الأنبوب المطلوب مده (T) وتركيبه بإحكام بالأنبوب الممدود laid pipe (To). يتم توصيل سكة التوجيه guide rail (2) برأس القارنة coupling head (1) من خلال الأنبوب المتداخل الأجزاء telescopic tube (30). شكل 2. It comprises a guide rail (2) with a bearing (21) for positioning and attachment to the end of the laid pipe (To) and aligning the pipe to be laid (T) with the laid pipe (To) and a carrier (3) forming a telescopic tube (30) tight-fitted to the guide rail (2) and operating in relation to it; the carrier (3) carries the pipe to be laid (T) and tight-fitted to the laid pipe (To).
