Device for Butt Joining Elongated Elements

يتعلق الاختراع بجهازdevice (100) لربط جزأين طويلين long parts (101 و102) نهاية إلى نهاية. يشتمل الجهازdevice على: جسم (20) والذى يمتد على طول محور x؛ الجسم يكون مجوف لتحديد تجويف محوري axial cavity (30) له جدار جانبي side wall (33)، وجه نهاية أولى first end face (31) ووجه نهاية ثانية second end face(32)؛ جزء موسعenlarged portion أول (21) يقع عند النهاية الأولى للجسم؛ ويحدد الجزء الموسع الأول دعامة قاع أول first bottom abutment (23) ودعامة قمة أولى first top abutment (25)؛ جزء موسع ثاني second enlarged portion (22) يقع عند النهاية الثانية للجسم؛ يحدد الجزء الموسع الثاني دعامة قاع ثاني second bottom abutment (24) ودعامة قمة ثانية second top abutment (26)؛ مكبس piston واحد على الأقل (40) يشتمل على سطح أمامي(41) وساق (42). يوضع المكبس داخل التجويف المحوري ليحدد تجويف الغرفة chamber (50)القابلة للضغط؛ يتصل الساق بواحد من نهاية أوجه التجويف المحوري المقابل؛ ووسائلmeans (52) لإدخال/إزالة مائع مضغوط pressurized fluid في/من داخل الغرفة chamber. The invention relates to a device (100) for connecting two long parts (101) and (102) end- to- end. The device comprises: a body (20) which extends along an axis x; the body is hollow so as to define an axial cavity (30) having a side wall (33), a first end face (31) and a second end face (32); a first enlarged portion (21) situated at a first end of the body; the first enlarged portion defines a first bottom abutment (23) and a first top abutment (25); a second enlarged portion (22) situated at a second end of the body; the second enlarged portion defines a second bottom abutment (24) and a second top abutment (26); at least one piston (40) comprising a front surface (41) and a stem (42). The piston is housed inside the axial cavity so as to define a chamber (50) able to be pressurized; the stem makes contact against one of the end faces of the axial cavity; and means (52) for introducing/removing a pressurized fluid into/from the chamber.
