Zusammenfassung:FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: increased flow rate capacity of subsurface pumping units and reduced oil production cost can be achieved as follows. Well product received from bed directly enters lifting pump-compressor tubes lowered down to perforated holes or when pad of lifting tube string is located at given height from well bottom-hole with retention of pressure at pad opening. In certain cases (when bed pressure is high or when string lowering depth is limited due to technical or economical reasons) it can be located at preset height above bottom-hole. Well product lifting through pump-compressor tubes (through tail-piece) above zone of starting degassing passes through evaporation-ejector regulator in which due to sharp widening of cross-sectional area take place is separation of lighter fractions from heavier fractions, additional evaporation and ejection which intensify degassing which allows for considerable reduction of density of gas-liquid mixture in tail-piece. Further, this mixture enters subsurface pumping unit which is located at optimal preset height determined proceeding from need to ensure pumping of optimal amount of liquid at minimal specific cost per one ton of product obtained from well. For this purpose, excluded from subsurface pumping unit is suction valve and use is made of double-chamber subsurface pumping unit with two plungers which are separated from each other by dividing partition. At reciprocating motion of these plungers, created in chambers is rarefaction space promoting additional separation of gas from product delivered from well. This action is enhanced by suction operation of plungers and ejector located in hollow rod of lower plunger, thus creating conditions for continuous flow of gas-liquid mixture through this device. Gas-liquid mixture is pumped out continuously both at downward and upward strokes of plungers, with utilizing for lifting that energy which is produced due to liberation of gas from well liquid into free space.
