Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, particularly, ophthalmosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method consists in separation of eye muscles and their transplantation. Method includes separation of musculus obliquus superior, separation of osteoligamentous trochlea from upper wall of eye socket, cutting off of musculus obliquus superior, connecting of free end of the musculus obliquus superior to point of attachment of musculus rectus internus. EFFECT: restoration of motor function of eye muscular system. Изобретение относится к к офтальмохирургии. Техническая задача, решаемая изобретением, восстановление двигательных функций мышечного аппарата глаза. Указанная техническая задача решается тем, что в способе хирургического лечения паралитического косоглазия, заключающемся в выделении глазных мышц и их пересадке, выделяют верхнюю косую мышцу, отделяют от верхней стенки орбиты костно-связочный блок, отсекают верхнюю косую мышцу, присоединяют свободный конец этой мышцы на место прикрепления внутренней прямой мышцы.
