Zusammenfassung:FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: pouring machine has pouring conveyor with spaced molds arranged in longitudinal row, overhang conveyor with pressure devices positioned in spaced relation one with respect to the other, with space being equal to that of molds on pouring conveyor, and device for coordination of pouring and overhang conveyors motion speeds. Machine is further provided with at least two guides having feeler portions and positioned between pouring and overhang conveyors. Each pressure device is formed as lever with pivotally attached pair of rollers and pressure member. Lever is pivotally attached with its one end to overhang conveyor. Rollers are positioned on other end of lever for engagement with guides. Conveyor motion speed coordination device is formed as maltese cross engageable with overhang and pouring conveyors. Number of rows of pressure devices corresponds to that of longitudinal rows of molds on pouring conveyor. Two guides are provided for each row of pressure devices. Feeler portion is made trapezium-shaped, with smaller base being positioned at the level below guides. Overhang conveyor has track and pulling device movable along track and having two endless chains interconnected through spaced bars, with bar space being equal to that of molds on pouring conveyor. Pressure devices are mounted on bars. Rolls are pivotally fixed on bar ends. Each pressure device is formed as stem with longitudinal slot on its one end and cast iron weight positioned within slot for longitudinal displacement relative to stem. Other end of stem is pivotally secured on lever. Each pressure device is provided with facings made from nonmetallic nonadhering material such as carbon-filled plastic, graphoplastic, organosilicon grids or fire-resistant patty. EFFECT: increased efficiency in obtaining homogeneous burden charge by uniform distribution of solid fillers through the whole volume of ingot. Изобретение относится к черной металлургии, в частности к разливочной машине для получения новой шихтовой заготовки, состоящей из чугуна и твердых наполнителей, и применения ее в сталеплавильном и чугунолитейном производствах. Технической задачей изобретения является получение однородной шихтовой заготовки - распределение твердых наполнителей равномерно по всему объему чушки. Технический результат достигается тем, что разливочная машина для получения шихтовой заготовки, содержащая разливочный конвейер с мульдами, расположенными одна за другой по крайней мере
