Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with proposed method of stabilization of quiescent point of interferometer coherent optical radiation is fed into interferometer, then summing of measurement and reference optical radiations and amplitude conversion of intensity of summary optical radiation to voltage are conducted. Difference of phases of measurement and reference optical radiations is modulated by periodic law with symmetric form of positive and negative half-waves and is changed to achievement of equality of durations of positive and negative half-waves of alternating voltage. Device for implementation of proposed method has source of coherent radiation, reference and measurement arms, sensor placed into measurement arm, photodetector and is inserted with phase modulator optically placed in one of arms of interferometer, comparator, separation RC circuit placed between output of photodetector and input of comparator, controlled reversible counter, register, control unit, digital-to-analog converter, amplifier-adder, pulse generator which output is connected to one of inputs of controlled reversible counter to which other input output of comparator is connected. Outputs of controlled reversible counter are connected to inputs of register which outputs are linked to inputs of digital-to-analog converter which output is connected to input of amplifier-adder. Other input of amplifier-adder is connected to contact to feed modulation voltage and its output is connected to controlling input of phase modulator. Control unit is connected to output of comparator, to inputs of register and controlled reversible counter. EFFECT: increased precision and expanded measurement capabilities. 2 cl, 2 dwg
