SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the use of compounds of 3,7,9,9-tetrasubstituted derivative of 3-phenylsulfonyl-3,7-diazabicyclo-[3,3,1] -nonane and new 3,7,9,9-tetrasubstituted derivatives of compound of the general formulawhere: Rmeans alkyl-group with 1-6 carbon atoms or cycloalkylalkyl-group with 4-7 carbon atoms; Rmeans lower alkyl; Rmeans lower alkyl or Rand Rform together alkylene chain with 3-6 carbon atoms; Rmeans cyano, R-O-CO-group where Rmeans lower alkyl, R-SO-NH-group where Rmeans lower alkyl, or R-CO-NH-group where Rmeans lower alkyl or phenyl-group that if necessary can be substituted with halogen, cyano, nitro or R-SO-residue where Rmeans lower alkyl or means imidazolyl residue at 4-position of phenyl ring, and Rmeans hydrogen or halogen, and their physiologically compatible acid additive salts, and methods and intermediate products of their synthesis. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
