Zusammenfassung:FIELD: examination of objects. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to field of examination of objects, processes in them, their states and structures with the aid of EHF action of electromagnetic radiation on to physical objects, objects of animate and inanimate nature. Process may be used to examine liquid media, solutions, dispersive systems, to detect special states and processes going on in them, for instance, anomalies of structure and pathology of living objects. Process may be used in field of scientific research, technologies, in food and pharmaceutical industries, in metrology and ecology. Invention is related to equipment operating in millimetric range (wave length 1.0-10.0 mm, frequency 300.0-30 GHz) of electromagnetic radiations using all advantages of it. Process of examination of objects by EHF action includes direction of EHF electromagnetic radiation on to standard and examined objects, plotting of dependences of examined parameters on frequency, power and time of action of electromagnetic radiation, their comparison and usage of results of comparison to evaluate examined object. During process EHF action should have power not exceeding 10.0 μw, frequency is changed in EHF range with step not more than 0.1 GHz with time lag not more than 5.0 s and temperature should be kept constant. Amplitude-frequency dependence (EHF spectrum) of radio response of objects in longer wave length: centimetric, decimetric, metric and/or in radio range of electromagnetic radiation is taken and resonance (active) frequencies are fixed in EHF spectrum. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of process thanks to increased informativity with simplification and reduced time of action.
