Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: equipment of railroad transport loading-unloading operations mechanization, methods of hydraulic clearing of gondola cars from sticked and frozen residuals of early transported materials in particular. SUBSTANCE: method provides, that for effective clearance, secondary usage of residuals and provision of ecological purity of process preliminary before beginning of gondola cars hydraulic clearance they are separated by types of residuals. Processing sequence of clearance point has two similar dewatering links, at which they correspondingly and separately treat pulp with coal and inert residuals with following secondary their usage; pulp is separated by stationary sieve for contents of grade of +2 mm and 0 - 2 mm, pulp with solid contents of + 2 mm grade is sent in bager-zumpf, from which using bager-elevator it is separated for solid share of + 2 mm grade and overflow with concentration of solid substance of 0 - 2 mm grade, that together with pulp for solid share of + 2 mm grade is sent to clarifier-slime collector, in which solid share of 0 - 2 mm grade is thickened and sent on band-type vacuum-filter, which separates solid share of 0.05 - 2 mm grade, that is then combined with solid share of + 2 mm grade and sent to consumer. Water discharge of fine-layer of clarifier-slime collector and filtrate of vacuum filter are fed in tank of technical water and further using pumps - to head-pieces of hydraulic monitor. Technical water with contents of solid share of 0 - 0.05 mm grade exceeding 40 kg/musing pumps are fed from tanks of technical water into empty one of two cards of covered settlers for settling with formation of sediment of solid grade of 0 - 0.05 mm. From second card of covered settler using pumps they are pumping earlier clarified technical water in system and left in the card sediment using mud pumps is fed in discharge zumpf, in which it is combined with solid share of 0.05 - 2 mm grade, dewatered in clarifier-slime collector and band-type vacuum filter and sent to consumer. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of clearance, improved ecological purity of process, provided secondary usage of residuals.
