Zusammenfassung:FIELD: vehicle development, and upgrading. SUBSTANCE: tyre has tyre casing, tyre inner tube and anti-skid spikes secured inside blind holes of the tyre casing along protector edge. Holes for holding the anti-skid pikes are now made through and arranged along all the casing surface. Tyre cord is reinforced along diagonal and radial directions in the middle of the distance between the center lines of the through holes for anti-skid spikes arranged in radial and diagonal rows. Two seal rings are added to the tyre, with outer diameter of the first seal being adequate to the inner diameter of the tyre measured along the protector. The first seal has holes the centers of which are coincide with centers of holes in tyre protector and diameters equal to ones of those. This seal is made of soft material, for instance, of porous rubber. The second seal is sound and made of hard rubber. The spikes are made in the form of smooth cylinders with the diameter equal to the diameter of the holes in tyre protector. spike heads are made in the form of a disk or plate, in so doing the spikes are provided with a core made of resistant to wear material. The spike core is made in the form of a cone pressed in the central hole of spike body on the side of the head and secured in this position on he side of the head, for example by welding. The first seal is installed on tyre internal side with aligning hole centers. The spikes are installed through the holes in the first seal from outside the tyre into its appropriate holes. The second seal is installed from tyre outside and butts against spike heads. Then one end of tyre assembly is installed on wheel rim, then tyre inner tube is installed between the rim and tyre casing. Then the second end of tyre casing is brought onto wheel rim. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, lower consumption of oil.
