Zusammenfassung:FIELD: seismic prospecting. SUBSTANCE: method can be used to study thin-layer complexly constructed media. Interference sources with vibration radiators are used to excite elastic vibrations by selection of frequency characteristic of function of cross correlation and its duration. Radiators are moved along profile. Vibrations are registered with the aid of frequency filter of area family of geophones and are stored. In this case frequency range and duration of radiated signal are so selected that frequency characteristic of function of cross correlation corresponds to frequency characteristic of medium in prospected range of depths and function duration is so chosen that it will not exceed difference of registration times of waves reflected from closely located boundaries of thin-layer section. Length of excitation base, number of sources and distances between them are determined on the basis of maximal frequency of required frequency range. Spacing of movements of radiators is determined depending on frequency characteristic of function of cross correlation and its duration. Parameters of area families of geophones are determined on the basis of maximal frequency of radiated signal and seam velocity in region of registration of vibrations. Parameters of frequency filter are found by spectrum of radiated signals to register reflected waves with uniform amplitude spectrum within limits of frequency range of radiated signals. Storage of vibrations is performed by common registration point by pulse correlograms with input of static corrections and length storage base changing in time agreement with frequency characteristic of function of cross correlation and velocity characteristic of medium at level of prospected boundaries.
