Zusammenfassung:FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to production of metals from wastes. Plant contains reactor, principal and auxiliary multinozzle ejecting arrangements, and, connected to reactor and fan, heating device, condenser of volatile gases, tank for wastes, control unit, and facilities for automation of measuring and controlling parameters of process. Reactor constitutes a sealed case made of refractory material. Its top part is closed with spherical cover and bottom part encloses heating device. In the reactor hollow, a grate is mounted to create above it a fluidized bed from raw material loaded by known technique through a connecting pipe with regulating member in the form of straight-way gate. Under spherical cover, there is an additional grate-catalyst to enhance efficiency of reactor. Reactor space communicates with depression chamber of principal multinozzle ejecting arrangement through fitting and force motor valve. Above-mentioned arrangement is intended to create depression above the grate and pressure below the grate in reactor hollow to transform loaded raw material into fluidized bed. Entry into the arrangement is connected through principal control gate with discharge pipe of fan, and its exit through receiver, additional control gate, and condenser of volatile gases with space under the grate. Auxiliary multinozzle ejecting arrangement is identical to the principal one and designed to discharge waste from reactor hollow. Depression chamber of this arrangement communicates with reactor hollow through waste discharge pipe, control valve, and opening in the reactor case. Entry into this arrangement is connected with the second exit from principal control gate, and exit with waste tank. Heating device is intended to heat gases and smelt out metals from wastes. It is provided with means to accumulate smelted metals and remove them into molds. Condenser of volatile gases is connected with heating device hollow and is designed to produce liquid chemicals from volatile gases released from reactor with subsequent processing them in separator. A system of pipelines and facilities for carrying out direct production of metals from wastes are also available.
