Zusammenfassung:FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: to decrease the verbal intelligibility at the codes output without worsening of sounding at the codes output, the input verbal signal is alternately passed through LF and HF filters in the codes, and arising frequency distortions in the decoder are compensated. To this end, LF and HF filters, second multiplexer and a synchronized generators unit are introduced in the transmitting device (coder) and receiving device (decoder). The coder uses series-connected input filter, LF filter, second multiplexer, spectrum inversion unit, first multiplexer and adder, whose output is the coder output. The input of the HF filter is combined with the input, of the LF filter. The output of the HF filter is connected to the other input of the second multiplexer. The outputs of the control signal generator units are connected to the respective inputs of the second multiplexer, spectrum inversion unit, first multiplexer and to two inputs of synchronizing generator 5, whose output is connected to the other input of the adder. One of the inputs of the first multiplexer is connected to the output of the second multiplexer. The decoder uses an input filter, whose input serves as the decoder input and is connected to the input of the synchronizing unit, whose both outputs are connected to the respective inputs of the synchronized generators unit, whose outputs are connected respectively to the control inputs of the second and first multiplexers, as well as to the other input of the spectrum inversion unit. The output of the input filter is connected at a time to the inputs of the LF and HF filters, whose outputs are connected to the respective inputs of the second multiplexer, whose output at the same time is connected to the inputs of the first multiplexer and spectrum inversion unit, whose output is connected to the other input of the multiplexer, and its output serves as the decoder output.
