Zusammenfassung:FIELD: stem valve guiding.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for guiding a stem valve to a flowing wellhead flange. The device includes attachment points to the pipe head of the X-mas tree, movable racks, a traverse, an adapter coil and a traction mechanism. Attachments to the tubing head are made in the form of a pair of spacer brackets. The spacer brackets, each, are made in the form of a plate, equipped with a rack from below with an axial threaded hole for placing a mating screw in it, and on top with two lugs, with a pin installed in them and an adjusting stop screw screwed into the threaded hole of the jumper, connected to the ends by welding eyes. The screws screwed into the threaded holes of the brackets rest against the replaceable blocks placed on the lower flange of the tubular head, which cover the two upper nuts of the lower flange and are fixed with their cylindrical bosses in the holes of the blocks made on their upper ends. Movable racks are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders, which perform the function of pointing the transition coil, fastened with the induced valve, to the wellhead flange, and the bodies of which are mounted with the holes of the lugs with the possibility of rotation on the pins installed in the holes of the lugs of the spacer brackets. The traction mechanism is made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder equipped with a fork of a tubular design, which performs the function of lifting the guidance hydraulic cylinders, the rods of which are rigidly fastened to a detachable traverse, enclosing the adapter coil, fastened to the valve, from their initial inclined position to the vertical one until aligned with the vertical axis of the wellhead flange. A number of annular rectangular grooves are made on the outer surface of the transfer coil housing, corresponding to an annular rectangular protrusion made on the inner surface of the split traverse central hole. On the lower mating end of the coil, near its sealing groove, four holders with rectangular protrusions are screwed crosswise, placed in reciprocal rectangular grooves made on the outer cylindrical surface of the metal sealing gasket installed in the groove of the mating end of the coil, and its lower flange is threaded screwed onto the mating thread of the coil body.
