Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of controlling the technical condition of products, measuring equipment; it can be used in carrying out technical control of the depth of fit of a normal or reinforced cover, a wad cover, a sealing cover relatively to a cut of a muzzle of a sleeve. The depth of the sleeve cover is controlled at several points using four indicator-measuring rods, which are made with the possibility of linear movement regardless of each other. A separate measurement is carried out by each rod at its point, using an electrical indication circuit based on diodes and a contact system. In each rod, two contacts are installed at different heights, indicating the maximum and minimum boundary value of the depth of fit of the sleeve cover. The closure of an electrical circuit is ensured, when one of contacts is crossed by a roller installed in a device case at the level of a cut of a bottom of the sleeve, from which the measurement takes place, and a received signal about a received critical value is visually displayed via a diode in the form of a glow. The device consists of a case and a central handle, four indicator-measuring rods that can move linearly regardless of each other and carry out a separate measurement at their point, an automation unit that consists of a relay device and a fuse, an electrical indication circuit based on diodes and a contact system. Two contacts are installed at different heights in each rod, indicating the maximum and minimum boundary value of the depth of fit of the sleeve cover, designed to interact with the roller installed in the device case at the level of the cut of the bottom of the sleeve, from which the measurement takes place.EFFECT: expansion of functionality and improvement of the level of control at optimal performance, improvement of measurement accuracy, reliability of the control carried out, increase in productivity when performing work, safety, simplicity and convenience during its operation.2 cl, 3 dwg
