Wellhead module for cementing the casing string in the well includes a hollow housing with connecting threads at the ends and with a side channel communicated with an annular groove made opposite, which is covered from the outside by a bushing equipped with a side branch pipe. Housing is made composite, consisting of two stepped upper and lower parts connected to each other by means of a thread. Side channel is made in the upper part of the housing; on both sides of the side channel on the external surface of the upper part of the housing there are annular grooves of a semicircular shape. On the inner surface of the bushing on both sides of the side branch pipe there are annular grooves of a semicircular shape with the possibility of being aligned with the annular grooves of the body and formation of annular channels of a round shape.
