Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for positioning a medical instrument for invasive surgery, X-ray contrast coordinate grid and a stereotaxic holder of the medical instrument for use when performing said method. Method comprises steps of determining a position of a passage for a medical instrument, collecting data of a specific patient, optimum position is selected to place an orienting device in the form of a stereotaxic holder of a medical instrument. At the stage of collecting data, determining the value of the displacement of the surface of the patient's body during breathing and the corresponding amplitude of respiratory movements, X-ray contrast linear marker is placed on the table under the patient's body in the axial plane of the operation object. On the patient's body surface in the area of the proposed operation, an X-ray contrast coordinate grid is placed so that the internal cell bridges are oriented in the sagittal plane, jumpers of external cells are oriented in axial plane. X-ray contrast coordinate grid is made in the form of a rectangular frame with transverse bridges forming internal rectangular cells. On each of the transverse sides of the frame there is a row of external rectangular cells. Value of the displacement of the patient's body surface during respiration is estimated by the displacement of the outer cell bridges relative to the linear marker on the table and relative to the line, generated by laser illumination of diagnostic equipment. If the body surface is displaced to 30 mm, a marker is used to draw lines in the axial and sagittal planes to mark the insertion point of the medical instrument. Stereotaxic holder equipped with four pairs of X-ray contrast marks in the form of parallel projections is installed on this place, arranged on the base on both sides of the bracket attachments, wherein the axial and sagittal marking lines pass between the projections.EFFECT: higher accuracy of positioning of medical instrument in conditions of various movements of human body during operation.3 cl, 8 dwg
