Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, gynecology, neurology, coloproctology, functional diagnostics and can be used in treating neurogenic chronic pelvic pain. Magnetic stimulation is performed sequentially in four stages. First stage - using a magnetic inductor, which is applied to the perineum, performing extracorporeal magnetic stimulation until the appearance of minimal muscle contractions at the inductor application point, wherein subpain stimulation is performed, consisting of two sessions: first session - magnetic stimulation with frequency of 5 Hz - 10 pulses in train, interval between trains 3 seconds, 8 trains; second session - magnetic stimulation with frequency of 15 Hz - 10 pulses per train, interval between trains 3 seconds, 8 trains. Second stage involves using a magnetic inductor applied to the perineum to perform extracorporeal magnetic stimulation until minimum muscular contractions appear at the inductor application point with frequency of 1 Hz - 60 pulses in a train, 20 trainings, an interval between trainings of 10 seconds. Third stage - performing translumbosacral magnetic stimulation, performing the exposure successively, first on the lumbosacral plexus, placing the magnetic inductor on the lumbar region in the center of spinous processes on the right and on the left, and then at the level of the sacrum on the right and on left (4 points in total), wherein the exposure is carried out at each of the levels until the onset of minimum muscle contractions, the exposure is carried out with frequency of 1 Hz - 60 pulses in a train, 5 trains, the interval between trains is 10 seconds. Fourth stage - high-frequency stimulation of the motor cortex in the homotopic point of pain detected on the lower extremities of the patient, with frequency of 10 Hz, 300 pulses in a train, 5 trains, an interval between trains of 3 seconds, wherein the exposure is carried out with amplitude of 80 % of the motor response threshold at which a visual contraction of the hand muscles occurs in a single pulse of minimum amplitude. Stimulation is performed once a day, 5 times a week, for two weeks.EFFECT: method provides the effective treatment of neurogenic chronic pelvic pain due to the versatile effect on all the putative links of the pathogenesis of the given pathology, due to the improvement of conductivity along the nerve structures, which is due to the peripheral stimulation, as well as the simultaneous therapeutic effect |
