Shut-off valve comprises a body with a seat, a shut-off element, a control unit of the shut-off element in the form of a spring-loaded piston installed in the body with possibility of axial movement, a spring. Shut-off valve is equipped with a collet installed in the body with the possibility of interaction of its collar with a projection on the external surface of the piston. On the inner surface of the piston there is a seat for installation of a tool for mechanical control of the shut-off valve. After installation of tool in seat under action of compressive force the piston moves downwards and at load exceeding force of compressed spring, it is fixed by collet in extreme lower position. Tool for mechanical control of the shut-off valve contains a rod. In the lower part of the rod there is a bushing installed with possibility of axial movement relative to the rod. Lower collet is put on the rod, which is connected to the bushing from below. Outer projection of lower collet is made with possibility of its installation in seat place of piston of shut-off valve. Upper collet with external collar is installed on the rod, in initial position engaging with lower collet and having possibility of axial movement together with the rod relative to lower collet after installation of external projection of the lower collet in the seat of the shut-off valve piston.
