Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: engineering.SUBSTANCE: stand contains a base, on which by means of a frame movable in vertical direction is installed a traverse connected to weights, a reclining hydraulic cylinder mounted between the traverse and the base, and a loading mechanism for the tested elements, including a crawler and a pusher connected to pusher drive mounted in a vertical guide with supporting elements on the upper part made in form of staggered rigid rollers forming a roller, to which through a caterpillar belt covering a driven drum connected to crawler drive, test elements connected to traverse are based. Loads are fixed on the top of the traverse. The loading mechanism is mounted on swivel frame, between end and base of which a screw mechanism is pivotally mounted, the axis of which is perpendicular to the radius drawn from the axis of swivel frame to hinge of screw mechanism mounted on it. The swivel frame axis is fixed on the lower part of stand base and coincides with vertical axis of tire loading. The pusher drive is made in form of hydraulic pulsator having a rod with piston placed in housing that is mounted vertically on swivel frame of the stand to the side of crawler and is connected to pump and tank of hydroelectric power station through a servo-hydraulic distributor. The pusher is made in form of vertical guide installed with possibility of vertical movement on a swivel frame between crawler and hydraulic pulsator.EFFECT: expansion of stand functionality, as well as facilitating the installation and testing of large-diameter wheels and fixing the swivel frame at a given angle.1 cl, 8 dwg
Стенд содержит основание, на котором посредством подвижной в вертикальном направлении рамы установлена траверса, соединенная с грузами, откидывающийся гидроцилиндр, установленный между траверсой и основанием, и механизм нагружения испытуемых элементов, включающий гусеничный движитель и толкатель, связанный с приводом толкателя, установленный в вертикальной направляющей и имеющий на верхней части опорные элементы, выполненные в виде установленных в шахматном порядке жестких роликов, образующих рольганг, на который через гусеничную ленту, охватывающую ведомый барабан и ведущий барабан, связанный с приводом гусеничного движителя, опираются испытуемые элементы, связанные с траверсой.
