Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: drinking water supply.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of drinking water supply, it can be used to produce drinking water from the seawater by its deep processing. The method includes purification of seawater from insoluble impurities, separation of the seawater flow by evaporation into condensate and concentrated brine, compression of the vapor, and crystallization to obtain crystals with their separation by filtration. Evaporation of seawater is carried out to the concentration of sodium chloride supersaturation with its crystallization and separation of its crystals from the concentrate obtained during crystallization by filtration. The concentrate released from the sodium chloride crystals is mixed with the condensate. The vapor is compressed with its humidification to the saturation state, and the evaporation is carried out by transferring the heat of condensation of the compressed and moistened vapor to the seawater through the heat exchange surface. The device includes unit 1 for filtering mechanical impurities of the supplied seawater, pump 2 and evaporator 3 connected to it in series, condenser 5 with condensate line 4, steam compressor 7 connected to evaporator by its inlet 14, crystallizer 8, outlet 9 of which is connected to filter device 10, and steam source 11. Evaporator 3 and condenser 5 have common heat exchange surface 12, equipped with distribution device 13 for seawater on the side of evaporator 3, and steam compressor 7 is installed with its outlet 14 at inlet to condenser 5 and is equipped with nozzle 15 for water supplying to the steam. At outlet 16 of unit 1 for filtering mechanical impurities, heat exchanger 17 is placed, wherein crystallizer 8 is equipped with heat exchange surface 18, the heating side of which communicates with steam source 11. Filter device 10 is designed with possibility to filter out the salt concentrate, wherein condensate line 4 after its output from heat exchanger 17 is equipped with mixer 19 connected to concentrate outlet 20 of filter device 10.EFFECT: group of inventions provides deep processing of seawater to produce drinking water, as well as reducing the impact on the environment and eliminating the need for self-disposal of concentrated hot brines.11 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl, 1 ex
