Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining, namely to the separation or sorting of ore materials by a dry method, in particular dry pre-enrichment of diamond-containing sands during the development of alluvial diamond deposits, and is intended for use at enterprises of non-metallic materials (placers) using the existing cyclical or cyclical-flow technologies. The method for pre-enrichment of diamond-bearing placers includes cleaning placers from pollution, loading sands into a bunker, classifying sands by classes, transporting them to a factory, while dry disintegration of sands is carried out, for which a rock of a size class of -100 + 0 mm is preliminarily separated by screening (3) into a product, containing a size class of +50 mm (5), then sent to the dump (9), and a product of a size class of -50 + 0 mm (4), which is sent for repeated separation by screening (6) into products -8 + 0 mm (8 ) and -50 + 8 mm (7), the resulting classes are subjected to X-ray luminescence pre-enrichment (10, 11), and the product of the class -50 + 8 mm (7) is enriched in portions, each of which passes through a series of devices in a closed cycle (13) to the moment of maximum extraction of diamonds, the resulting depleted rock is sent to a special dump (14), and the finished product (15) and the product of the -8 + 0 mm class (8) are transported to the concentration plant (16) for further processing.EFFECT: use of the present invention helps to reduce the volume of sands sent to the plant for beneficiation, and, as a consequence, to reduce the cost of transporting the sands to the plant for final beneficiation and man-made impact on the environment through the use of a dry anhydrous method.1 cl, 1 dwg
