SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING, REPLENISHING AND REIMBURSING PREPAID CARDS USED IN TRANSPORT APPLICATIONS

Method includes steps of: receiving a payment request and determining whether it is a pre-authorization request or payment request; if the payment request is a pre-authorization request, it is determined whether the account is authorized for a specific type of transport. If the account is authorized, approval is sent to the transport processor. If the account is not authorized, failure is sent.
