Modular complex for collection and preparation of downhole products comprises a module for degassing and dehydrating well products, which includes a line for receiving raw material with a heat exchanger installed on it for heating input raw material and separation devices associated with gas discharge line and with buffer tank on waste water discharge line, and module for utilization of associated petroleum gas and waste water in the form of installation for their thermal decontamination, equipped with heat exchange element, which uses as primary heat carrier flue gases formed during combustion in gas burners of associated petroleum gas.
