METHOD OF TRANSMITTING USER DATA FROM TRUSTED PARTY TO THIRD PARTY AND IMPLEMENTING SYSTEM THEREOF

FIELD: data processing.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protecting user personal data. Information is exchanged via communication channels using computer devices. Third party forms request to trusted party to receive user data and writes to distributed registry, wherein the record includes a hash from the request data, the third party transmits the generated request and the identifier indicating the record in the distributed registry to the trusted side. Trusted party calculates the hash from the received request data and compares the calculated hash with the hash from the distributed registry according to the obtained identifier. In case of coincidence of hashes, trusted side generates request for confirmation of data transfer, writes to distributed register, wherein the record includes a hash from the data of said request, and transmits said request and the record identifier in the distributed registry to the user device. Trusted side receives acknowledgment for data transmission and identifier, which indicates record in distributed registry, from user device, obtained confirmation is checked by means of hash calculation from received confirmation data and further comparison with hash from distributed registry by obtained identifier.
