Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemical or physical processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalytic materials for catalytic composites purifying exhaust gases, containing catalysts containing platinum group metals (PGM), component(s) PGM of which are provided in form of nanoparticles and attached to heat-resistant metal oxide, which can be presented in form of a precursor. When calculating catalysts PGM is thermally attached to substrate and well dispersed thereon. Using said catalysts, it is possible to achieve, preferably, excellent conversion of hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides. Catalyst material for internal combustion engine exhaust flow processing contains porous heat-resistant metal oxide substrate, wherein the substrate is in form of particles and has an average primary particle size of about 1 to about 100 nm, measured by Transmission Electronic Microscopy (TEM); and a platinum group metal (PGM) component in form of nanoparticles dispersed throughout the substrate; wherein the average primary particle size of the PGM component ranges from about 10 to about 92 nm as measured by the TEM; and wherein the catalytic material exhibits one or more of the following features: a) an average radius of the BHH desorption pores from 10 to 15 nm, as measured by nitrogen adsorption (N-PSD) pore size distribution, b) BET surface area of 90 to 100 m/g, as measured by nitrogen adsorption isotherm, c) average size of primary particles of the aged PGM component remains from about 10 to about 92 nm, as measured by Transmission Electronic Microscopy (TEM) after calcination at 550 °C for two hours on air catalytic material, starting with fresh condition.EFFECT: catalysts based on platinum group metals (PGM) for treatment of automobile exhausts.21 cl, 22 dwg, 3 tbl, 13 ex
