Neonatal gas analyzer comprises gas sampler (112) configured to receive gas samples from internal space (104) of neonatal incubator (100). Neonatal gas analyzer has preconditioner (116), which is connected in gas with a gas sampler and is configured to grip, concentration or isolation of types of biomolecules from gas samples. Neonatal gas analyzer includes gas analyzer (114), which is connected in gas with a preconditioner and configured to analyze types of biomolecules and output health status indicators based on analysis. Neonatal gas analyzer comprises reliability indicator (128), functionally connected to gas analyzer (114) and configured to output a signal to gas analyzer (114), which is indicative of the reliability of gas samples, based on the state of isolation between the inner space of the neonatal incubator and the external environment. Reliability indicator (128) is configured to output to gas analyzer (114) signal, indicative of time, which has passed since the interaction of the internal space of the neonatal incubator with the external environment. In the first version, neonatal incubator (100) comprises body (102) defining inner space (104) for placing a newborn and a neonatal gas analyzer. In the second version, neonatal incubator (100) comprises body (102) defining inner space (104) for placing a newborn. In the second version, neonatal incubator (100) has gas sampler (112) configured to receive gas samples from the inner space of the body. In the second version, neonatal incubator (100) includes gas analyzer (114), located in indirect gas connection with gas sampler and configured to analyze types of biomolecules in gas samples and output health status indicators signals based on analysis.
