Heat accumulating heat exchanger for reversible operating modes in ventilation systems, made in the form of a round or other cross-section carcass filled with plastic tubules partially filled with liquid heat accumulating medium and located across the air flow direction and so that the horizontal and vertical layers of the tubes alternate. Heat exchanger is made in the form of set of coaxially and tightly installed identical grids, filled with tubes of one or different diameters, wherein the tubules are filled with liquid heat-accumulating medium by 86-92 % of their volume, sealed at both ends and installed in holes of the grate frame and stiffness ribs parallel to each other at a distance of not more than the diameter of the tube, wherein grids are installed relative to each other so that tubules of each next grid are located at angle from 0 to 180 degrees relative to previous grate tubes, and at that, maximum increase of turbulence of flow passing through heat exchanger, and number of grids in heat exchanger N=k*L, where Lis wall thickness, in which heat exchanger (mm) is installed, k is structural coefficient (mm), k=0.07-0.12.EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat accumulating heat exchanger is achieved due to intensification of heat exchange between medium heat carrier (air) and heat accumulating medium by increasing heat capacity of heat exchanger, improved heat transfer by increasing air turbulence between heat exchanger elements.9 cl, 4 dwg
