Demountable grill from skewers with stiffeners for food preparation on barbecue consists of rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal skewers, fixed in two planks, having rectangular holes, using handles with thread and wing nuts, wherein the frame is a structure comprising two perforated planks, in rectangular openings of which instead of the rods are clamped skewers with a stiffener, having closer to the ends of the flat areas with sharpened end on one side, on the other side flat curved C-shaped handle allowing skewer to pass into rectangular opening of the plank, wherein flat sections further smoothly change over into sections with stiffness ribs, changing the flat geometry of the ends of the skewer, which prevents through passage of skewers into rectangular holes of the perforated plank, and during assembly all ends of the skewers pass into the rectangular holes of the planks and are then tightened by at least one U-shaped handle or at least two I-shaped handles with threaded ends and flattened sections of the handle rods, which are located at a distance, allowing to squeeze the skewers in the planks, and the handle is placed in the round holes of the planks in the middle or along the edges of the structure and is fixed by means of fixing elements made in the form of wing nuts, and portions of the skewers with a modified stiffness rib rest with the geometry resting against the planks, which allows them to be fixed all at one distance from the planks in the assembled state and retain the whole grate by means of at least one U-shaped handle or at least two I-shaped handles.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a structure with possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of grate and usage of each skewer separately, accessibility to each part during washing and reduction of dimensions for storage and transportation.1 cl, 6 dwg Изобретение относится к сборно-разборной решетке гриль.
