Zusammenfassung:FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: disclosed system relates to the field of automated monitoring of the environment in Arctic conditions, specifically the state of the atmosphere and ice with simultaneous determination of the coordinates of the navigation systems own location and transmission of the received information over radio channels, and can be used as an environment monitoring device in the ice movement area for safe navigation of vessels along the northern sea route and provision of safety of oil-and-gas field objects and hydraulic engineering infrastructure on shelf and in coastal zone in Arctic seas and in conditions of ice cover, including drifting. Computer system for remote control of navigation systems for automated monitoring of the environment in Arctic conditions comprises a dispatcher station (DP), navigation systems (HKi, i = 1, 2, ..., n) and satellite communication system (SC) space vehicles.
