That is ensured by reproducing a model of preeclampsia in Wistar rats by daily intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester 25 mg/kg from 14th to 20th day of pregnancy. To correct the simulated pathology, carbamylated darbepoetin is administered subcutaneously in dose of 300 mcg/kg once day on 7th, 10th, 13th, 16th and 19th day of pregnancy.EFFECT: method provides pronounced correction of microcirculation in placenta due to reduction of oxidative stress, stabilization of hemodynamics caused by antioxidant and antiischemic effects of administered preparation.1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к экспериментальной фармакологии, и может быть использовано для коррекции нарушений микроциркуляции в плаценте карбамилированным дарбэпоэтином при ADMA-подобной модели преэклампсии. Для этого воспроизводят модель преэклампсии у крыс линии Wistar путём ежедневного с 14 по 20 сутки беременности внутрибрюшинного введения L-нитро-аргинин-метилового эфира в дозе 25 мг/кг. Для коррекции моделируемой патологии вводят подкожно карбамилированный дарбэпоэтин в дозировке 300 мкг/кг 1 раз в день на 7, 10, 13, 16, 19 сутки беременности. Способ обеспечивает выраженную коррекцию микроциркуляции в плаценте за счёт снижения оксидативного стресса, стабилизации гемодинамики, обусловленных антиоксидантным и противоишемическим эффектами вводимого препарата. 1 табл., 1 пр. |

That is ensured by reproducing a model of preeclampsia in Wistar rats by daily intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester 25 mg/kg from 14th to 20th day of pregnancy. To correct the simulated pathology, carbamylated darbepoetin is administered subcutaneously in dose of 300 mcg/kg once day on 7th, 10th, 13th, 16th and 19th day of pregnancy.EFFECT: method provides pronounced correction of microcirculation in placenta due to reduction of oxidative stress, stabilization of hemodynamics caused by antioxidant and antiischemic effects of administered preparation.1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к экспериментальной фармакологии, и может быть использовано для коррекции нарушений микроциркуляции в плаценте карбамилированным дарбэпоэтином при ADMA-подобной модели преэклампсии. Для этого воспроизводят модель преэклампсии у крыс линии Wistar путём ежедневного с 14 по 20 сутки беременности внутрибрюшинного введения L-нитро-аргинин-метилового эфира в дозе 25 мг/кг. Для коррекции моделируемой патологии вводят подкожно карбамилированный дарбэпоэтин в дозировке 300 мкг/кг 1 раз в день на 7, 10, 13, 16, 19 сутки беременности. Способ обеспечивает выраженную коррекцию микроциркуляции в плаценте за счёт снижения оксидативного стресса, стабилизации гемодинамики, обусловленных антиоксидантным и противоишемическим эффектами вводимого препарата. 1 табл., 1 пр.</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record> |
