Product contains the following ratio of the initial components, wt%: tryptophan - 16.2; hesperidin - 2.16; ascorbic acid - 1.34, superoxide dismutase - 1.34; dry hibiscus extract - 1.24; vitamin E (tocopherol acetate) - 0.53; dihydroquercetin - 0.53; beta-carotene - 0.2; coenzyme Q- 0.2; 5-hydroxytryptophan - 8.1; glycine - 8.1; gamma-aminobutyric acid - 8.1; pantothenic acid - 8.1; inositol 8.1; ginkgo biloba extract - 3.23; ginger extract - 5.93; ginseng extract - 4.85; Valeriana extract - 2.15; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B) - 0.1; potato starch - 5.37; Instantgum AB - 1.1; magnesium - 1.1; microcrystalline cellulose - 6.47, talc - 3.78; kafos - 0.22; selenium - 1.1; cobalamin (vitamin B) - 0.26; riboflavin (vitamin B) - 0.1. Invention also relates to a method of producing a specialized food product for improving memorizing processes, which involves preparation of a granulation mixture by dosing tryptophan, glycine, inositol, gamma-aminobutyric acid, pantothenic acid, microcrystalline cellulose. Granulate is obtained by adding to the mixture for granulation of the starch paste moisturizer in concentration of humidifier of 40 %. Wet granulate is dried at 67 °C to residual moisture content of 3 %. Dry granulation process is carried out to obtain regranulate. One prepares powdering mixtures: the first dusting mixture - by way of combined dosing of extracts of ginger, valeriana, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, Instantgum AB, magnesium, vitamin B, riboflavin, the second one - by combined dosing and mixing of Hesperidin, ascorbic acid, superoxide dismutase, hibiscus extract, vitamin E, dihydroquercetin, beta-carotene, coenzyme Q, cobalamin, potato starch, kafos, talc. Method comprises preparation of tableting mixture by mixing first powdering mixture, second dusting mixture and regranulate for 1 hour, obtained mixture is tableted.EFFECT: invention is aimed at expansion of the range of specialized food products of functional orientation, to obtain a safe and useful product of high quality, consumption of which promotes health improvement due to a wide range of composition, which plays a significant role in systemic maintenance of metabolic processes of brain, mindfulness of behavior, processes of memorizing and reproduction in conditions of psychophysiological loads.2 cl, 3 tbl, 1
