Zusammenfassung:FIELD: radio engineering and communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave communication systems - low-frequency bands. Proposed device comprises movable platform with neodymium and ultraviolet lasers, light-splitting plates and polarization light filters and energy meters mounted on optical table. On the optical table an electric motor is fixed, to the projecting end of its shaft, a frame in the form of a parallelepiped is fixed, two side opposite sides of which are mirrors. Rest sides of the frame are open. First mirror is attached to motor shaft end. Pipe of dielectric material is fixed on hydraulic lifting mechanism, which is arranged on platform and grounded. Metal spiral is wound on the lower part of the pipe. First hollow metal cylinder is put on the upper part of the pipe, to the lower part of which there connected is one end of the spiral, the other end of which is connected to the output of the radio transmitter located on the platform. Magnetically conducting rod is inserted into the pipe at spiral level. Second hollow metal cylinder parallel to first cylinder with diameter of 10-12 times smaller than diameter of first cylinder so that second hollow cylinder is located above electric motor, coaxial to it and so that on the optical axis of the ultraviolet laser there are successively arranged the first beam-splitting plate, the optical collimator and the first mirror. At that, argon laser, wind lidar, support-rotary device with two photoelectronic multipliers and biconvex lenses located on it, computer are installed on platform. Техническим результатом является создание мобильной передающей антенны сверхнизкочастотного - низкочастотного диапазона. Установка для создания антенны содержит передвижную платформу, на оптическом столе которой закреплены неодимовый и ультрафиолетовый лазеры, светоделительные пластины поляризационные светофильтры и измерители энергии. На оптическом столе закреплен электродвигатель, к выступающему концу его вала, прикреплена рама в виде параллелепипеда, две боковые противоположные стороны которого являются зеркалами. Остальные стороны рамы открыты. Первое зеркало прикреплено к концу вала электродвигателя. Труба из диэлектриче
