Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil production in conditions of operation of low-flow wells. Device for pressure stabilization at intake of electric-centrifugal pump installation includes automatic control system and dynamic level determination system. It is equipped with mechanism for bypass of liquid from cavity of tubing string (tubing) into annular space. Mechanism has a housing with holes and a shutter with a hole forming, when aligning the holes, a channel for connecting the tubing string to the annular space. In lower part of shutter magnet is fixed, and in upper part - two return springs and stopper. Along the perimeter of the shutter there are six vertical rows of balls, under the shutter there is an inductance coil with a permanent magnet. Housing is located between two tubing string, above dynamic level. System for determining dynamic level is made in the form of a device for measuring hydrostatic pressure and represents a membrane with a strain gage with contacts brought thereto. Device is installed between two tubing string under bypass mechanism, below dynamic level. Automatic control system includes a system board with a processor connected to the dynamic level determining system, and a current distributor connected to the bypass mechanism coil. Control system is located in housing, fixed between two tubing string below bypass mechanism, above system of determining dynamic level. Housing is protected by cover with sealed outputs for wires.EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of pump reliability and provision of its operation continuity.1 cl, 9 dwg

Устройство для стабилизации давления на приеме установки электроцентробежного насоса включает автоматическую систему управления и систему определения динамического уровня. Оно снабжено механизмом перепуска жидкости из полости насосно-компрессорных труб (НКТ) в затрубное пространство. Механизм имеет корпус с отверстиями и шторку с отверстием, образующими при совмещении отверстий канал сообщения НКТ с затрубным пространством. В нижней части шторки закреплен магнит, а в верхней части - две возвратные пружины и стопор.
