DEVICE FOR MIXING COMPONENTS OF EXPLOSIVE COMPOSITION AND MOLDING ARTICLES THEREFROM

FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles of rocket equipment from explosive composition (EC) using replaceable bodies-bowls of vertical mixers of periodic action. Complex for mixing of components of explosive composition and molding articles therefrom includes mixing head of vertical planetary mixer (1), set of replaceable bodies-bowls (2) with drain valve (3) for unloading of explosive composition during molding, piston hydraulic device (6) for unloading of explosive composition from bowls, flexible mass conductor (8) with inlet (9) and output (10) metal branch pipes at ends and apparatus (12) for remote molding of articles. Mass pipeline branch pipes are equipped with tight gates. On the connecting neck of the inlet branch pipe there is an evacuation unit which is provided with provision of gas-dynamic connection with its cavity and is equipped with a quick-change filter.EFFECT: efficient and technologically advanced system ensures molding of one large item from several replaceable bowls or several items from one bowl providing the required quality of articles by monolithic property due to creation of conditions, which ensure exclusion of the possibility of air passing into the mass flow, encapsulation thereof therein and subsequent ingress into the article; besides, the complex is characterized by high-speed operation, safe handling of the EC in the bulk line, low amount of non-return losses EC.1 cl, 2 dwg Изобретение относится к области изготовления изделий ракетной техники из взрывчатого состава (ВС) с использованием сменных корпусов-чаш вертикальных смесителей периодического действия.
