Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for determining adaptive capacity for removable dental orthopedic prostheses as per oral stereosgnosis in a patient with complete loss of teeth, and can be used in diagnostics of adaptive ability to dental orthopedic prostheses in conditions of institutions engaged in dental rehabilitation of patients with complete loss of teeth. Prior to making a prosthetic dental structure, a degree of atrophy of the alveolar crest of the jaws and an angle of inclination of the interalveolar line to the prosthetic plane is determined, as well as a patient's stereogenous dough comprising three sets of geometric figures alternatively placed in the oral cavity, where each of sets includes three elements of different geometry. Elements of each subsequent set are characterized by increased geometric complexity compared to the previous one. Patient with closed eyes determines the shape of each element in the set, wherein time spent by the patient for determining the shape is measured. Conclusion on high level of adaptive ability of patient to dental orthopedic prosthesis with complete loss of teeth is made if time spent on correct determination of patient shape elements in all three sets is up to 135 seconds, palpation is used to determine absence of atrophy of alveolar crest of jaw, and angle of inclination of interalveolar line to prosthetic plane makes more than 90°. Conclusion on moderate level of adaptive capacity is made if time is 136-270 seconds, palpation is used to determine preserved non-expressed alveolar jaw outgrowths, and angle of inclination of interalveolar line to prosthetic plane is in range of 80-89°. Conclusion on low level of adaptive ability is made in case if time is 315-900 seconds, palpation does not define alveolar process of jaw, and angle of inclination of interalveolar line to prosthetic plane is in range of 60-79°. Conclusion on absence of adaptive capacity is made if time is more than 900 seconds, palpation is followed by total atrophy of alveolar jaw and initial atrophy of jaw body, and angle of inclination of interalveolar line to prosthetic plane makes 69° and less.EFFECT: method, due to taking into account the original complex of indicators, enables accurate determination of adaptive capacity for dental orthopedic removable dentures with complete loss of teeth on the day of patient's treatment.3 cl, 3 dwg, 6 ex Изобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к сп
