Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: power engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used in organizing of the coal dust combustion in the furnaces of boilers, combustion chambers and furnaces. Vortex pulverized coal burner comprises central air channel with blade swirler and ignition device arranged along burner axis, circular channels are arranged there along: annular channels for supply of air mixture with blade swirler, inner and outer air channels with blade swirlers, and outer surface of inner shell and inner surface of outer shell of air mix supply channel have protective coatings. Blades of blade swirler in channel for supply of air mixture have protective coating and are located from outlet section of channel at distance not closer than larger of two distances k⋅(1040 - 0.9⋅t) mm and k⋅(1470 - t) mm, but not further than 0.8 of the channel length, where kand k- coefficients depending on required longevity of blades of the swirler, k=(1.0...1.2), k=(1.0...1.2); tis maximum value of blades protective material maximum operating temperature, °C; t- lower heat resistance of protective material or bearing material of blades, °C. Protective coatings of shells of air mixture supply channel are made from materials of different heat resistance, wherein the boundary of the protection zone with less heat-resistant material is located from the outlet section of the air mixture supply channel at a distance not closer to the greater of two distances k⋅(680 - 0.66⋅t) mm and k⋅(1200 - t) mm, where kand k- coefficients, which depend on required life of shell, k=(1.0...1.35), k=(1.0...1.35); t- shell maximum shell operating temperature, °C; tlower heat resistance of protective material or bearing material of shell, °C.EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of burner design and ensuring its high technological effectiveness with increased reliability and durability.1 cl, 1 dwg
