Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electrical engineering.SUBSTANCE: electric machine includes two stator packs toothed in boring, in the form of adjacent segments, on outer surface of each of which there is a cavity. On the surface of the housing enveloping the stator, channels of the liquid cooling system are made in the form of oval or rectangular cavities touching each other with outgoing through holes directed into the cavity of the stator segments directed at the angle to the machine axis. Liquid in this part of cooling system comes from upper header through two holes in middle part of housing into stator segments located under them. From them into channels of housing and along them moves to lower collector, successively washing surfaces of cavities of segments of stator. Approximately 60 % of liquid is discharged from the machine by jet pump, and its second part is supplied from lower header via external pipelines to channels in bearing shields. Then, in the hermetically embracing bushings of the cavities and from them through coaxially located holes in the bushing and bearings gets inside the bearings, washing the separator with balls. Through the second hole facing the magnetically conducting bushing, the cooling liquid flows under the action of centrifugal forces into holes made in it. Then it gets into slotted cavities under packages of rotors and is ejected from them through holes facing to excitation and armature windings, and, cooling them, is removed from machine through specially made hole in housing by jet pump.EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of machine due to improved cooling and reduced losses in steel.1 cl, 6 dwg
