Phase-rotary device comprises a series transformer, each phase of a network winding being connected in series to the corresponding phase of the power line, and its valve windings are connected to the corresponding phase outputs of the switch; multi-wind shunt transformer, each phase of primary winding of which is connected to corresponding phase of power transmission line, and secondary windings of each phase of shunt transformer are connected to corresponding inputs of switch, each phase of which consists of two parallel branches connected in parallel, each of which comprises series connection of controlled keys. Common points of connection of controlled keys, symmetrically located on parallel branches of switch, are inputs of switch for corresponding connection of each of secondary windings of shunt transformer, and common points of connection of two parallel branches of switch form outputs of switch. Similar outputs of the secondary windings of each phase of the shunt transformer are connected to the corresponding inputs of the switch located on one of the parallel branches. Said different outputs of secondary windings of shunt transformer, similar outputs of which are separated on parallel branches of switch with one controlled key, are connected by additional controlled switches.EFFECT: increasing the number of voltage levels generated on the winding of each phase of a series transformer.1 cl, 2 dwg
