Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ceramics for production of dielectric materials of capacitors, including multilayer ones. According to the disclosed method, the charge is prepared from a mixture of two powders of barium titanate BaTiOof various dispersity, taken in weight ratio (85.0-95.0):(15.0-5.0), wherein first charge based micrometric powder is taken with average particle size of 1.8 mcm, and second - nanometric - with average particle size of 80 nm, providing their combined grinding for time required to achieve optimum uniformity of distribution in bulk of main component of particles of additional component. Micron powder is obtained by solid-phase synthesis from equimolar mixture of barium carbonate and titanium dioxide, and nanometric, having a narrow particle size distribution in the nano-region and close to the spherical shape of particles, by synthesis from an equimolar mixture of barium oxide and titanium dioxide in the supercritical aqueous fluid medium. Charge is molded by semi-dry uniaxial pressing at pressure of 40-100 MPa in the presence of a temporary process binder in form of paraffin removed before firing, carried out in the temperature range of 1,250-1,350 °C in preset heating/cooling mode and isothermal holding.EFFECT: as a result, the most dense packing of charge mixture during molding and increased activity of the mixture for sintering, which facilitate compaction of the product structure, what due to reduced weight ratio of the expensive nanosized powder used, simplification of technological processes and their hardware component to reduce economic costs for production of ceramics BaTiOand improved quality characteristics of the obtained product.5 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex
Изобретение относится к области технологии получения керамики для изготовления диэлектриков конденсаторов, в т.ч. многослойных. Согласно предлагаемому способу шихту готовят из смеси двух порошков титаната бария BaTiOразличной дисперсности, взятых в массовом соотношении (85,0-95,0):(15,0-5,0), причем первый составляющий основу шихты микрометрический порошок берут со средним размером частиц 1,8 мкм, а второй - нанометрический - со средним размером частиц 80 нм, обеспечивая их совместный помол в течение времени, необходимого для достижения оптимальной равномерности распределения в объеме основного компонента частиц дополнительного компонента.
