Device for robotic assisted surgery comprises at least one non-sterile robotic hand with a communication unit having at least one first transmitting means, at least one sterile unit located in the sterile area, having at least one second transmitting means, sterile cover for detachment of at least part of robotic arm from sterile area. Sterile case comprises sterile gateway, through which connection with communication unit and with sterile unit. Sterile sluice has at least one sluice valve. Gate valve in closed condition fences the first transmitting device. When the sterile unit is connected to the sterile gateway, the gate valve is changed from the closed state to the open state with the possibility of direct transmission between the first transmitting means and the second transmitting means through the hole released by the gate valves in the open state. When the sterile unit is separated from the sterile gateway, the gate valve is changed from the open state to the closed state so that the gate valve after separation separates the first transmitting agent from the sterile area.
