Boiler turbine CO-PP contains boiler 1 with superheater 2 COhigh pressure (COh.p.), turbine 3 consisting of two high and low pressure (HPT and LPT) turbines 3a and 3b communicated at COh.p. inlet with superheater 2 to COh.p. output, recuperator 4 consisting of high-temperature recuperator HTR 4a and low-temperature recuperator LTR 4b communicated at outlet via heated COh.p. with superheater 2 input to COh.p., at COlow pressure inlet (COl.p.) - with output of LPT 3b by COl.p., cooler 5 communicated at COl.p. inlet with output of LTR 4b by COl.p., and compressor 6 communicated at COl.p. inlet with coolant 5 output by COl.p., at output by COh.p. - with input of LTR 4b by COh.p. Boiler comprises bypass heater (BH) 10, installed in gas channel of boiler behind superheater 2, communicated at COh.p. output with superheater 2 input to COh.p., at COh.p. inlet - with output of LTR 4b by CO. h.p., control valve (CV) 11 installed on COh.p. supply line from LTR 4b to BH 10 to allow adjustment of COh.p. supply in Bh 10 by condition of equality of temperatures COh.p. at outputs Bh 10 and HYR 4a by COh.p., furnace 12 operating on gas fuel, and air heater (AH), consisting of high-temperature and low-temperature stages 13 and 16 and installed in boiler gas circuit behind BH 10.
