Technical result is achieved due to inclusion in transmission of electric energy from source to drive of frequency-controlled current converter of source, transmitting and receiving modules, connected to each other by a magnetic resonant coupling and a current converter from the high-frequency current format into a format required for operation of the accumulator in the receiving module, wherein magnetic conductor winding of transmitting module is made in form of flat spiral with two-wire winding from center to periphery, magnetic resonance winding of receiving module is made in form of flat single-wire or double-wire spiral, exciting standing waves of current and potential with current antinode at periphery of winding are excited in magnetic resonance winding of transmitting module; energy transfer between transmitting and receiving modules is arranged. Outputs in the central part of two-wire spiral winding of the transmitting module are isolated from each other. Техническим результатом изобретения является создание беспроводных способов и устройств зарядки накопителя электроэнергии неподвижного или мобильного электропотребителя, обладающих равномерной интенсивностью магнитного потока на активной площади передающего модуля, высоким КПД передачи энергии, низким уровнем излучения. Технический результат достигается за счет включения в передачу электрической энергии от источника к накопителю управляемого по частоте преобразователя электрического тока источника, передающего и принимающе
